FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you insured?

Yes. Factory Flow Dynamics carries comprehensive insurance coverage to protect our clients, employees, and projects.

  • We maintain $1 million in professional liability coverage, with a $2 million umbrella policy for added protection.

  • We also carry general liability insurance covering property damage, accidents, and injuries that may occur during the course of our work.

  • This coverage is designed to safeguard your facility and operations in the unlikely event of an incident or downtime caused by our services.
Proof of insurance documentation is available upon request.

Are you licensed?

Yes. We hold all required licenses to perform the services listed on our website, including:

  • Electrical contracting and wiring installations

  • Industrial automation and controls work

  • Mechanical equipment installations and repairs

  • Welding and fabrication where applicable

All work is performed in compliance with state and federal regulations. Any employees or subcontractors we assign to your facility carry the necessary training, certifications, and licenses appropriate for their role and your project requirements.

What is your policy if something goes wrong with work you performed?

Every project we complete is governed by a written agreement or contract that clearly defines the scope of work, expectations, and warranty terms.

For example:

  • If you request a temporary repair or a stopgap solution (such as keeping equipment running while a part is on backorder), that work will be billed and documented as a short-term measure and is not covered under extended warranty.

  • If we complete a full repair, installation, or overhaul, any warranty or service guarantee will be outlined in your project agreement.

We stand behind our work and are committed to clear communication so there is no uncertainty about coverage or next steps.
